Located directly on the beach, the Westin is spread over 10 hectares in the quiet Turtle Bay and bordered by the reef and ocean nature park on the coast with lush sugar cane fields behind. The Marine Nature Park adjacent to the resort is an excellent alternative for those wishing to enjoy a leisurely stroll through relaxing and scenic surrounds.
Lush with trees with swinging hammocks as well as remnants of volcanic rock, the area is bordered by one of the largest swimming pools in Mauritius and the Pavilion, the culinary hub. Two swimming pools refresh the senses with crystalline waters and poolside refreshments and light meals, while the turquoise waves of the Indian Ocean are an incredibly tempting alternative. The other section of the beach is utilised for swimming, beach games, watersports and is the perfect backdrop for Reflections, the beach-side restaurant and the second swimming pool where cabanas, hammocks and drinks are available.
